Boil macaroni shells include dash of salt and olive oil; drain.
Return to pot, on low heat.
1/2 - 1 cup of milk
loaf of velveeta
stir
remove from heat
pepper to taste

DLG's Blackeyed Peas

DLG's Blackeyed Peas

I start with 8+ slices of bacon.... and toss in 1 great big old onion, diced.
add a stalk of celery cut thin.
render this down a little while the bacon is cooking.

throw in 2 pkgs of field peas w/ snaps. (plain black eyed peas works too) and cover with water + an inch or so of water depending on pot.

bring to boil and back it down to a slow boil for 2 hours.

add a whole can of diced tomatoes. add fresh garlic, crushed. 28+ cloves or more for me.... 2 - 3 cloves for the general public.

add spices to taste. salt/pepper/ect. maybe a little tony chacheries or season all....

then.... here comes the important part.....

the people that dont eat black eyed peas? dont invite em!!!!!!!!
