14 oz beer
12 oz Coke
1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp + of Lawry's Season salt
It is now sitting in the fridge. I will turn it over when I come home from work at midnight or so. Put it on the grill about 6 AM, Let it grill until about 10 hours.

Chili
3 lbs ground beef
3 onions
6 cans kidney beans
1 large can tomato sauce
1 16 oz can tomato paste
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can dice tomatoes
chili powder
garlic powder
Lawry's season salt
Brown hamburger meat. Place in pot or crock pot. Put the rest of the stuff in. Cook.

Meat Loaf
1 pound ground chuck
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (8-ounce) package sharp Cheddar, grated
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs, toasted
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 (3-ounce) can French fried onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck and next 8 ingredients, mixing well.
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard. Stir 1/4 cup ketchup mixture into meat mixture, reserving remaining ketchup mixture.
Press meat mixture into a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan, or shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaf. Bake 40 minutes. Top with French fried onions; bake another 10 to 15 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.

Skillet Roasted Shrimp
3 TBS Olive Oil
1 tsp Grated Lemon Zest
4 tsp minced fresh Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1.5 lbs Large Shrimp (25-30 per pound) in the shell
Freshly ground black pepper
Garlic Compound Butter (see below)
In a bowl combine Olive Oil, Lemon Zest, 2 tsp parsley, and Garlic Salt.
Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat for about 2 minutes, or until
the surface is hot enough that water bounces and sizzles when sprinkled in it.
Arrange the Shrimp in a single layer in the hot skillet and cook for 3 to 4
minutes on each side, or until the Shrimp becomes rosy pink.
Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with pepper and the remaining Parsley.
Bring the hot skillet directly to the table, placing it on a heavy trivet.
Place the ramekin of compound butter in the center of the skillet. With
your fingers, peel each shrimp and dunk it into the compound butter. If
you are worried about your guests burning themselves, transfer the shrimp to a bowl and give each guest a small ramekin of butter.
4 to 6 servings.
Garlic Compound Butter:
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine 2 cloves of diced garlic, 1 TBS small capers, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 TBS dry white wine, 1/4 unsalted
butter, at room temperature. Whisk until melted and thoroughly blended.
Pour into a ramekin. Use now or cover and refrigerate for u p to 1 week.
Melt over low heat just before serving. Makes 1/2 cup.

Turkey Meatballs
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/4 c. Egg Beater
3/4 c. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Worsty sauce (sorry can't spell the full name)
Any other spices you like
Mix all together. Put 1" balls on greased cookie sheets. Cook at 350 for 20-25 min.
I made 29 meatballs with this recipie and the nutrition came out like this (per meatball): 36 Cal; 1 Fat; 2 Carb; 4 Protien
This recipie can be easily adapted and I would love to see some other suggestions about things to add.

Boston Cream Pie
Cake:
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
Heat oven to 350. Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Pour into well greased and floured 9 inch pie pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until done. Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan.
Filling:
1/3 c up sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, milk and egg yolks. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil and stir for one minute. Remove from heat, blend in butter and vanilla. Cover and chill. Cut cake into two layers, spread filling onto one cake layer. Top with other layer.
Glaze:
3 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
In small saucepan, combine water and butter. Boil. Remove from heat and immediately stir in cocoa. Beat in convectioners sugar and vanilla (with whisk if necessary) until smooth. Cool slightly. Pour onto top of cake, allowing some to drizzle down the side. Chill and serve.

Pink Stuff
Pink Stuff
1 pkg Jello (red)
1 can fruit cocktail
1-2 C marshmallows
1 8oz container of Cool Whip
1 container cottage cheese
1/2 C nuts (optional)
1/2 C hot water
Mix Jello in hot water and dissolve. Mix with fruit cocktail. Leave in refrigerator until slightly set. Add remaining ingredients.
