Barefoot Contessa Peanut Butter Frosting

1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons unsalted butter-room temperature
cream- just enough to make it creamy

Mix together all ingredients. You can sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if you like.

This was used for cupcakes, so you would have to double the recipe for a cake, I would think.
