Stoli's Grilled Veggies

Sliced onion - red or white
Sliced mushrooms
Zucchini slices cut in quarters
Squash slices cut in quarters
Red bell pepper - sliced
Green bell pepper - sliced

Put all those in a large bowl, add some olive oil (not too much, just enough to coat the veggies), add to taste - garlic salt, black pepper, steak seasoning, chili powder, and Italian spices. Little worcestershire and cajun seasoning is also good. Mix all of that up in the bowl, cover, and stick in the fridge for about an hour before you cook them. I cook 'em on the grill on a flat pan or on the stove, just depends how much stuff I have on the grill. Right before you take them off the heat (2-3 minutes) add some minced garlic, but make sure not to let it burn.
